Gymboss Interval Timer
How I keep motivated in the gym! With my Gymboss ;)

As a personal Trainer I have to be the Video to the Audio, I can’t turn up to my clients looking unfit and out of shape otherwise I wouldn’t be a Personal Trainer for much longer.

I have a few fit ‘Toys” that keeps things fun and push me harder! I like to train smart and get out of the gym without having to spend hours doing Resistance work and then the Cardio, so I train in circuits mostly HIIT ( we can go into that in another blog soon) which I do mostly in 30 secs sets, resting between 15-30 seconds in-between if any.

Since I started to use the GYMBOSS Interval Timer I don’t need to count reps , my concentration is in my movement 100% as the timer beeps or vibrates (I like to use my ipod-another fit Toy) for me to move to the next exercise.

I will be doing a video to explain more clearly how I time my circuits soon.
