Squats with Single Shoulder Press (Cleans)

I trained at the Fitness 4 Life Gym while staying in Dubai which I rated highly,

V helpful staff, Clean Showers/Changing rooms with sensored lockers, bundles of equipment-free weights/machines/functional gear and my favorite…… Treadmill EVER!!! It inclines at not 15% highest but 30%!!! I wanted to slip it into my suitcase and take back to Singapore for my competition training coming up soon as the incline is my weapon of choice in toning the Hams & Glutes.

Dubai-Training,Travel and the Good Life

The past month I have been lucky enough to travel across the Middle East to Europe-Singapore>Doha>Dubai>Abu Dhabi>London>Malaga>Marbella>Canary Islands Tenerife. Stopping off along the way training clients and visiting friends while heading towards dealing with some issues with my Property Portfolio In Tenerife and UK.

My first adventure started in Dubai where my very lovely friend (and partner in crime) Maria C invited me into her gorgeous home with her 2 very talented beautiful daughters for a week.

Lots of training, nutrition guidance and plenty of sightseeing in between I came away loving Dubai 4/12

Phi Phi Banyan Villa Fitness Centre Review

If your like me and serious on your exercise routine (even on your travels!) and looking to replenish and recover straight after training, the coffee and juice bar offer not only a great place to hang out and cool down while surfing the free wifi but it also offers quality branded protein shakes made anyway you like.

: The Banyan Villa hotel on Phi Phi, Thailand has the most developed gym complex with 700 m sq of cardio, weights, sauna, steam and dance floor facilities.

Training Delts/Arnold Presses in Phi Phi Island

There is a daily membership to pay for going to the gym unless you are staying at the Phi Phi Banyan Villa is quite steep for island life but this is well worth the money.

Visiting The Orphans of Phuket Womens Prison

While training to become a Raw Combat Instructor in Thailand, Bali, Malaysia and Japan last summer I was lucky enough to accompany Luke Holloway (Founder of Raw) to the children’s orphanage attached to the women’s prison in Phuket, which rely 100% on donations, and are not funded by the jail or government.

www.fightingforlives.com & (Raw Combat International) kindly donated $400 towards a weeks worth of food, balls, cleaning products, clothing, shampoo, baby formula and nappies.

If you are planning a trip to Phuket PLEASE try to visit and support the Orphanage by bringing gifts which are greatly appreciated like supplies, coloring books, clothes or even small cash donations.

It was a amazing experience and for just 1 afternoon of not doing the usual Phuket ritual of shopping or hitting the beach I have instead memories that I will never forget and the warmth of the children’s smiles which will always stay with me
