Stretching sequence for the entire body

This is the Stretching sequence I taught all my personal training clients to cool down and prevent DOMS post-workout! This combination is from all my different studies of Kung Fu, Taekwon-do, Yoga and even pole fitness over the years and I designed this form to stretch the total body and all major muscles.

Filmed a couple of years ago in a beautiful Phuket resort in Thailand and it has took me this long to get around to posting…sorry to all my clients asking x But I can see the difference myself in my range of motion here when I started seriously doing flexibility work and to what it it today!!! Shocking as I’m still not down on box splits but those sides splits are soooo close 😉

Each stretch is numbered for each muscle group and I will give a breakdown here in next few days….
