I love this island with it’s hot weather practically 365 days of year (as it’s closer to Africa than Spain) with all my heart and it’s where my family live so I will always return but I’ve decided in selling here I can hopefully take a step closer to my dream of buying a plot of land to make a health retreat in Asia.

The past month I have been lucky enough to travel across the Middle East to Europe-Singapore>Doha>Dubai>Abu Dhabi>London>Malaga>Marbella>Canary Islands Tenerife. Stopping off along the way training clients and visiting friends while heading towards dealing with some issues with my Property Portfolio In Tenerife and UK.

My first adventure started in Dubai where my very lovely friend (and partner in crime) Maria C invited me into her gorgeous home with her 2 very talented beautiful daughters for a week.

Lots of training, nutrition guidance and plenty of sightseeing in between I came away loving Dubai 4/12

I lived on these little Coffee cans in Japan last year when training for hours a day becoming a Certified Raw Combat Instructor, but returning back to Singapore I could only disappointingly find Cold Lattes or full cream/carb- sugar combos ;( until I popped into the Fairprice express in Wilkie Edge and saw this baby yeayyyy!

I know some health experts don’t like coffee or caffeine but I love my coffee and if that’s a vice with ZERO SUGAR/ZERO CALORIES then a little bit of bad makes me better x

My brothers both faced each other in the ring recently in Phi Phi Thailand, they constantly have play fights in Tenerife where they live so while a great group of us holidayed in Phuket & Phi Phi Antony challenged Robert when he saw the Muay Thai ring in the Reggae Bar-it was on!

Warning it was after many cheap nasty mixed buckets of Alcohol!  But it was all fabulous fun and we all went away dancing on the beach after

I finished my last scenes of filming for Mister John today starring the Amazing Aidan Gillen (from Game of Thrones, The Wire) and The Queen of Singapore the lovely Zoe Tay.

The Akanga Films Production is my 1st supporting role in a International Feature Film, I have to admit I was nervous at the beginning of shooting with so many crew members then double that in extras waiting for me to finish my scenes as I didn’t want to let anyone down, but after the 2nd day I relaxed a little after I stopped took a deep breathe telling myself to not stress and chill & just enjoy the experience. Then before I knew it, it was sadly over ;(  but now I have been invited to the wrap party next week and the UK premiere later this Year, so every cloud has silver lining, there’s always something round the corner to look forward too and who knows what will come next
