Fresh from her Hollywood debut, Mayling Ng who plays the character Orana in the

much anticipated Warner Brother’s American superhero film based on DC Comic’s

Wonder Woman, is back in Asia to film yet another kickass movie Blood Hunters in the Philippines.

From her epic leap into action, off the cliff in Wonder Woman the movie (as seen in

trailers), to playing a Russian convict killer Svietta in a joint US/Hong Kong Voltage

production called Lady Bloodfight, half Singapore, half British Mayling flexes her

martial arts and acting skills to a world stage.

And there’s no stopping her. Since winning the Singapore Bikini Competition in 2011,

to her first supporting role as Jasmin in Mister John feature film with Aidan Gillen, to

representing Singapore in the Arnold Classic in 2013, Mayling’s martial arts and

fitness career has accelerated in a short span of 6 years.

Daughter to a Singaporean Chinese father and British mother, Mayling’s appeal goes

beyond her exotic looks and strong Amazonian physique. Born in the UK, she spent

her early years in Spain before moving to Singapore. When she was 8 years old, she

picked up martial arts and has never looked back. Growing up in different continents

has led Mayling to hone in her understanding of various cultures; coupled with her

passion and single-minded pursuit to master the virtuosity of the martial arts form,

she brings a unique global perspective to the film industry that is fast getting the

attention of Hollywood.

A true world citizen, Mayling now spends her time between Los Angeles and Asia

whenever and wherever work dictates.
