Beginners Breakfast-Fitness Fuel Food!
-1 scoop -30gr OATS ( Rolled-not the quick cook which are high in GI, so you might as well be eating coco pops!)
-Add hot WATER (wait 5 mins to let it cook-so shower, take your supps & vits
-Now add 1 scoop PROTEIN (it will clump if added in boiling hot water!)
OPTIONAL FUELS
-Cold WATER ( I prefer to eat it cold and crunchy like muesli not hot and stodgy )
-8 Almonds
-1 tb COCONUT OIL (Great for slimming the waist)
-1tsp LINSEEDS (Grounded-fibre and Protein)
-1 tsp Natural PEANUT BUTTER (Taste-Protein and good fats)
I choose this over Crunchy Nut cornflakes or a full English Brekky, as I would crash and be hitting the sofa instead of the gym, track or classes I do everyday.
