Training all my life every day, even competing in Taekwon Do in SIngapore and…… I entered as Heavy Weight-GUTTED!
But I finally found my formula that worked for me, slimmed my pear shape to shapely, which included, PICKING up the iron & UPPING my lean Protein.
It doesn’t matter what size you are, as long as your toned!
Healthy-now that’s sexy?
I realised I would never be Vogue thin, but I could be the best me,
and if that means I naturally hold muscle and has curves instead of slim,
